All our jewelry is made by hand in Los Angeles.

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry and the natural variation of the stones, each piece is unique and irregularity is expected.

If something you want is sold out, join the waitlist. If the piece or something similar becomes available again, we'll email you.

We use 14 karat gold filled and sterling silver hardware in our pieces.

Gold filled means there is a layer of gold bonded to the core brass metal. It is at least 5% gold by weight, versus gold plated, which is a thin layer estimated to be 0.05% or less of the metal product. Gold filled hardware lasts much longer and is protected from tarnish when care instructions are followed.

Sterling silver is an alloy containing at least 92.5% silver content. This type of metal does tarnish; see the care instructions to learn how to protect your sterling silver.

Handle with care — we use stainless steel beading wire, which is durable but can weaken or break with sharp kinks or twists.

Keep dry and remove before swimming, showering, washing hands, cleaning, or applying lotions, perfume, or hair spray.

Use a gentle cotton or microfiber cloth to wipe clean.

For a deeper clean, use a mild soap with water, then pat completely dry. Avoid all chemicals.

Store in a dustbag or box away from direct sunlight. Keep your pieces separated to avoid scratching.

Take care to avoid impact with hard surfaces.

For pieces with sterling silver, a small anti-tarnish tab is included in your order. Keep it with the jewelry when stored; the tabs last a year and are inexpensive to replace. A polishing cloth is also included — rub gently for day-to-day shine.

Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $140. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $8.

All orders are shipped directly from Los Angeles via USPS. We ship within the US and do not ship internationally at this time.

We offer returns for store credit on all items purchased through our website for 14 days after receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in the condition received.

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned.
